This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by PSK Digital, including but not limited to paid media management, SEO, content marketing, social media management, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, web development, and consulting services.
Once PSK Digital has commenced work on any deliverable, campaign, or service - including but not limited to strategy development, account setup, content creation, campaign launch, or any other billable activity - no refund will be issued for work already performed.
Work is considered to have commenced upon: (a) the signing of a Service Agreement or Statement of Work, (b) receipt of onboarding information or account access from the client, (c) the start of any strategy, planning, or creative work by our team, or (d) the launch of any advertising campaign.
If you cancel a service engagement before any work has commenced, you may be entitled to a refund of any advance payments, less any applicable administrative or processing fees. Requests for pre-work cancellation must be submitted in writing to hello@psk.digital within 48 hours of signing the Service Agreement.
PSK Digital is not responsible for refunding any advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). These funds are paid directly to the respective platforms and are governed by each platform's own terms and refund policies. PSK Digital management fees are separate from ad spend.
Digital marketing results inherently involve variability and cannot be guaranteed. The performance of campaigns depends on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes, and client-side factors outside PSK Digital's control. Underperformance relative to projections does not constitute grounds for a refund where PSK Digital has executed the agreed scope of work with reasonable professional skill.
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we ask that you contact your Account Manager or email hello@psk.digital to allow us the opportunity to address your concerns. We take client satisfaction seriously and will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes before any consideration of financial remedies. Most concerns can be resolved within 5-7 business days of escalation.
Where a refund is approved by PSK Digital management in writing, refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. PSK Digital reserves the right to deduct the value of any work already completed, tools purchased, or third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client from the refund amount.
